Mica brings a rich career in Human Resources, Finance, and Customer Service to LightSpek. Her passion for working with people began in college, where she graduated with honors in Psychology from Angelo State University. Mica acts as a catalyst for a team creating a true integrated service environment from conception to final design. Mica will ensure that any questions our customers may have will be answered quickly and that their expectations are consistently met.
Mica currently resides in Richardson, Texas with her husband, Andrew Orton, and two children Baleigh(18) and Aiden (9). In her spare time, Mica continues to demonstrate her passion for helping others by providing advocacy for those whose lives have been impacted by sexual violence, and abuse. Her talent, patience and passion for working with these individuals makes her a beautiful person inside and out.
